Big Rig Taco Truck - tacos, tortas, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, and more!

E.J. Pierogi - Classic Polish Food Truck​ - dumplings with meat, potatoes & cheese, potatoes and cheddar, spinach, sauerkraut with mushrooms, cabbage, strawberry, blueberry, plum, and sweet cheese. Borscht. Pyzy. Finger Dumplings. Polish Toast.

The Curious Crow - ​We like to have fun creating custom menus with our guests, building bright, clean flavors and executing at the highest level. Bringing our special version of the Smashburger, Chicken Sammy, and more to FibFest! Gonna be delish! Are you curious?

Rare Craft Beer Release

Rare Beer Release - Watermelon Juggling Ranchero Ale. Well... it tastes EXACTLY like a watermelon Jolly Rancher*. DUH. So good, so refreshing. Don't miss it! We only release this beer ONCE a year at our anniversary party, and this is it. Come celebrate with us on two days of live music, food, fun, and of course... this delicious craft beer. Once it's gone... it's gone.
